Price: Prices are in AUD and exclude delivery fees (which are waived). Prices may change without notice. Payment: Payment is cash on delivery or card on delivery. No online prepayment is required. Cancellation: You can cancel before our confirmation call. After confirmation, cancellation may be subject to fees.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Delivery times vary by location. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. We are not liable for late or lost deliveries due to courier error.

See our Returns Policy for full details. In summary: unopened bottles within 14 calendar days of delivery are eligible for full refund. Opened or damaged bottles are not eligible.
